Terms & Conditions
All commissions are arranged on an individual basis and due to their nature cannot be returned, I reserve the right to refuse any commissions before the payment stage that I do not think I will be able to fulfil. Each piece is hand made and so, as careful as I am, there may still be some imperfections in the final finish.
Before I create the final piece I will send a photograph by e-mail of a draft drawing, or a copy by post if requested. To proceed with your commissioned art piece you need to approve the draft drawing, approval must be in writing by either e-mail or post and include the relevent 'Draft Reference Number' to ensure that the correct draft is used in case of multiple re-drafts.
You can request as many re-drafts as you like until you are happy with how it will look, after all it's YOUR art!

Please note however that with standard models of cars there is a possibility that someone will request a piece of the same model in the same style as yours!

Delivery Information
All artwork is sent simply protected in a layer of tissue paper and in a board backed envelope to avoid damage, the Postage and Packaging cost is £3.50. This charge includes 1st Class Recorded Delivery, and so is subject to Royal Mail's Terms & Conditions.
1st Class Recorded delivery usually arrives within 1-2 days, I will send you a confirmation e-mail (or telephone call on request) when I have sent your artwork so that you know when to expect it.
If your artwork is delayed or if it arrives damaged please contact me as soon as possible, so that I can resolve the issue for you.

Damages or Print Copy requests
If your artwork arrives damaged please contact me as soon as possible, with as much information as possible so that I can claim using Royal Mail's damages insurance. I could either create another original piece to send again as a replacement or a refund could be arranged.
If your original artwork is damaged for other reasons, or if you would like to request a copy of it as a Print or Poster, I always keep a high quality photographic record for use in the Gallery etc, so (with details of your Proof of Purchase for originality security) a print copy could be arranged.

Environmental Policy
As my main source for inspiration isn't that Eco-friendly by nature, I do what I can for the environment elsewhere! I use biodegradable bubble-lined mail bags, or paper and cardboard packaging to protect the items during transit wherever possible. And if a project doesn't go to plan and needs to be scrapped, it goes into my recycling bin or is utilised for another craft project instead!
